The 16th MauiAgFest & 4-H Livestock Fair takes place today at the War Memorial Special Events Field. As crews set up tents, booths and tables, a special route has been planned to ease entry and exit from the War Memorial site on Saturday, May 31.
Entry to AgFest is one-way from Lower Beach Road, turning right into the stadium parking lot. No left turn from Kanaloa Avenue to Haliʻa Nakoa Road; it will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Kanaloa will be coned from the baseball field (across the street from Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui) all the way to the stadium (across from Maui Nui Botanical Gardens). The one-way exit will be from the stadium lot onto Kanaloa.

“AgFest is such a great way to come together as a community and celebrate our agricultural industry here on Maui,” said Maui County Farm Bureau Executive Director Warren Watanabe. “We invite everyone to come on down to the War Memorial Field on Saturday and be part of the celebration.”
Maui AgFest is Maui County Farm Bureau’s signature agricultural event. All week long, not only sponsors, but community nonprofits and local businesses have been working hard to build out the event.

Island Movers moved the Maui Fair picnic tables to the site; Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus students and the Boys & Girls Club of Maui – Central Club – trained and are ready to work with Huliʻau to set up and implement a Zero Waste event; and many other groups have been jumping in to help including: Bayer, Teens on Call, Kaʻuhane Lands, Baldwin High School Football Team, Balai Pata – Chef Joey Macadangdang, Maui Gold Pineapple, Kamehameha Schools Alumni Association – Maui Region, Rotary Club of Lahaina, Maui Association of Landscape Professionals, and Maui Growers & Floriculture Collective.
