Meghan Markle Looked Stress-Free on Her First Appearance Since Prince Harry’s UK Return

Meghan Markle appeared relaxed in her first public appearance since Prince Harry hurried to the UK to see his cancer-stricken father, King Charles.

In images acquired by the Daily Mail, the Duchess of Sussex smiled as she drove about in her Range Rover near her multimillion-dollar Montecito estate on Wednesday.

She also appeared to be carrying a coffee mug as she drove with a baseball cap and dark, big sunglasses.

The former actress’ visit comes amid an ongoing health crisis in the royal family, prompting her spouse to rush to his father’s side earlier this week.

The Duke of Sussex took an overnight journey to London after the King personally informed him of his cancer diagnosis on Monday.

The estranged father-son duo met for 45 minutes at Clarence House on Tuesday, after which Charles was escorted to Sandringham to relax, while the Spare author was forced to spend the night in a hotel.

According to insiders, the reunion was “difficult” and “fraught with emotions,” with the 75-year-old king reportedly crying after meeting his once close son.

Harry left for the airport exactly 24 hours later to return to the United States to see his wife and children.
