Men’s Tennis Dominates Norfolk State in Road Season Opener


NORFOLK, Va. – Temple men’s tennis (1-0) took the courts by storm in their opening match of the 2024 season on Friday evening, earning a 5-2 win against Norfolk State University (0-1). 
 
NOTES: 

  • The Owls swept the Spartans in doubles action, with each duo winning a point for Temple.

  • After the first singles point by Dante Russo in the fourth position, the Cherry and White upheld strong momentum as they outmatched the Spartans with all but two positions earning points for Temple. 

  • Pranav Nemani, Adam Kresina, and Russo each earned points for the Owls in both doubles and singles play.
