VESTAL, N.Y. – Binghamton men’s tennis faces its first Northeast Conference foe when the Bearcats (0-2) host Le Moyne (2-0) at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Lane-Starke Tennis Center. The match starts a string of three straight at home for the Bearcats.
The tilt also is the first of BU’s seven NEC contests that will help determine seeds for the season-ending NEC Championship, April 12-14 in New Jersey.
The Bearcats are looking to get into the win column after opening with a pair of setbacks against Horizon League powers Cleveland State and Youngstown State last weekend.
Le Moyne will be playing its first dual match of the spring. The Dolphins won a pair of 4-3 decisions over Niagara and St. Bonaventure back in the fall.
Sophomore No. 1 Ronin Lotlikar leads the Bearcats with a 13-3 overall record.
