
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — With the 2023 fall season coming to an end, the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders look to finish strong at the Vanderbilt Hidden Duals on October 27-29 in Nashville, Tenn.
The Blue Raiders are coming off an outstanding performance at the ITA Regional Championships. MTSU had five players reach the round of 16, three in the quarterfinals and two in the semifinals. Senior Leo Raquin won the singles draw of the tournament to qualify for the ITA Fall Nationals in San Diego on November 1-5.
All nine Blue Raiders will be competing at the Vanderbilt Hidden Duals. MTSU will be competing against a strong field including Vanderbilt, Illinois, Georgia Tech and Memphis. The Blue Raiders will face three teams who finished last season ranked with Memphis at No. 36, Georgia Tech at No. 67 and Vanderbilt at No. 72.
The hidden dual will be doubles followed by singles. MTSU takes on Memphis on Friday, Georgia Tech and Illinois on Saturday and Vanderbilt on Sunday.
