WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State Men’s Tennis team and head coach Darragh Glavin have released their schedule for the 2024 spring season. The team opens the new year against Arizona State on January 12th and play their first home match on January 26th against Omaha.
 
The Shockers are set to play a very strong schedule, as they will face 12 teams who ended last year ranked inside the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) top-75 poll to end last season. Those nine teams are UAB, Rice, USF, New Mexico, Tulsa, UCF, UTSA, Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Memphis, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma.
 
The American Athletic Conference does not have a round robin style regular season schedule, but the Shockers will still face six schools who compete in the American in UTSA, Charlotte, UAB, Rice, Tulsa, and USF.
 
The Shockers schedule is composed of six home matches, 11 road matches, and four matches at neutral sites.
 
Home match locations for the Shockers will vary based on day and weather on the day of the match. All matches will have live stats.
 
The 2024 American Athletic Conference Championship will be hosted by Tulsa at the Michael D. Case Tennis Centerin Tulsa, Okla.
