
Michigan musical acts Mike Posner and Gmac Cash have been tapped to perform as part of a Lions rally at the Detroit Auto Show ahead of Saturday’s big game.
The concert is set for Friday, Jan. 17 at the Grand Riverview Ballroom at Huntington Place.
Posner is a Grammy-nominated singer from Detroit, while Gmac Cash is a local rapper known for going viral with humorous bars about local current events.
The event will also include appearances by Detroit Lions alumni Herman Moore, Joique Bell, Cory Schlesinger, Eddie Murray, and TJ Lang.
Tickets are $10 and include entry into the Detroit Auto Show. Registration is required at detroitautoshow.com/lions-at-detroit-auto-show. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the event is set for 6:30-8 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to donate new winter hats, scarves, gloves, and coats for the Detroit Public Schools Community District, with collection located inside Huntington Place.
Of course, fans are also encouraged to wear Honolulu Blue.
On Saturday, the Detroit Lions host the Washington Commanders in the divisional round of the Super Bowl tournament. The game starts at 8 p.m.
