Millie Bobby Brown and her boyfriend Jake Bongiovi recently went to London to see the launch of her first book, Nineteen Steps.

In the pictures that were posted on Metro.co.uk, Brown was holding a black umbrella to protect herself and her fiance from the rain.

The actress from Stranger Things looked nice in a black one-shouldered top with buckle details, black pants, and strappy shoes.

Bongiovi took Brown’s hand and led her to the door, which was an interesting thing to see. He led his fiancée, to whom he had proposed in April, in brown jeans, a striped shirt, and sneakers.

Brown’s new book is based on stories that the actress’ grandma told her when she was a child about World War II. During World War II, the main character Nellie Morris lives with her family in Bethnal Green, where she meets American airman Ray. But her happiness doesn’t last long because of a terrible accident during an air raid.

On September 12, Brown went on Instagram and posted a picture of herself carrying a copy of her book with the words, “The day has finally come! I’m so excited to share it with you all.”

When she was on the Lorraine show, the actor who played Enola Holmes also talked about her plans for Nineteen Steps.

Brown stated that she wants to turn the book into a movie and added, “That was the intention behind it.”
