Students enrolled in Foods and Nutrition I at Mitchell High School with Mrs. Stephanie McClellan , Mrs. Katie Boone and Mrs. Adrienne Snyder recently earned their ServSafe Foodhandler Certification. This certification covers the basics of food safety and preventing foodborne illness at home and in the food service industry. Students learned about these topics as part of their curriculum and then had the opportunity to take the test to certify with this nationally recognized credential as part of their CTE course.
