Mon Health System celebrated Healthcare Quality Week with free shirts for employees, balloons, lapel pins, banners, and more.

Healthcare Quality Week was established by the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) to recognize and celebrate the contribution of healthcare and quality experts and the progress made toward improving patient outcomes.

To thank the staff for their exceptional contributions to Mon Health, hospital administration handed out complimentary t-shirts to all staff members as a symbol of gratitude for their work and dedication to providing the highest standard of care.

“Nothing is more important than our dedication to providing the highest quality care to our patients and communities we serve. This week we wanted to celebrate our world-class staff across Mon Health for their superior quality outcomes recognized by so many sources like Centers of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), US News and World Report, the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, Healthgrades, Leapfrog, Commission on Cancer, American College of Emergency Physicians, DNV for stroke ready hospitals, Highmark for distinction in orthopedic care, and so many more,” said David Goldberg, President and CEO of Mon Health System and Executive Vice President or Vandalia Health. “We thank our colleagues for living out our mission of enhancing the health of the communities we serve, one person at a time.”
