CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Two cars on the corner of Chester and East 12th had windows smashed in early Monday morning.

One car owner, Mihir Fichadiya, told 19News he saw a group of masked individuals walking around the outside of the Reserve Square building around 3 A.M. before going to bed.

When he woke up in the morning the passenger side window and back window were all smashed.

Fichadiya said his ID, credit card, cash, clothes and shoes were all stolen.

“I don’t know what is happening in the Cleveland,” Fichadiya said.

Cleveland Police are currently investigating these incidents.
