Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is in the second month of 2024 and is facing new sexual assault allegations brought by an ex-male employee.
According to court docs acquired by TMZ, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, Diddy’s former cameraman and producer, accuses the rapper of sexually assaulting him as he worked on the rapper’s next album from September 2022 to November 2023.
The producer accused Diddy of inappropriately touching his private areas to persuade him to engage in inappropriate physical conduct.
Diddy, however, called the attacks “horseplay.”
Jones reportedly claimed to have received unwanted sexual attention from Diddy’s associates.
He also accused the rapper of pressuring him to recruit and interact with sex workers.
According to Page Six, the producer made a number of additional charges, including being drugged and physically abused while asleep.
Shawn Holley, Diddy’s attorney, disputed all of the charges in an interview with the site, calling Lil Rod “nothing more than a liar” who brought the $30 million case “shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.”
“His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
She said, “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
The current lawsuit follows many other sexual assault cases that the I Need A Girl artist has faced in recent months of 2023.
Cassie, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend with the official name Casandra Ventura, made the first charges of violence and abuse in November 2023.
Following the first case, three other woman filed lawsuits against the rapper for sexual assault.
So far, Diddy has refuted all accusations.
