New FMC location to house urgent care, occupational health, PAT services


LANCASTER – This week, Fairfield Medical Center is relocating four of its departments – Urgent Care, Occupational Health, the PAT Clinic and Employee Health – to their new home at 1155 E. Main Street in the Kroger Shopping plaza.

Fairfield Medical Center is relocating four of its departments – Urgent Care, Occupational Health, the PAT Clinic and Employee Health – to their new home at 1155 E. Main Street in the Kroger Shopping plaza.

This multi-purpose location is located next to Diagnostic Health Services and will be named Fairfield Medical Center Main Street – Lancaster. Below are the dates when these offices will close and reopen:

Urgent Care closed on Monday, Nov. 13 and reopened in the new space on Thursday, Nov. 16. Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Occupational Health Services and the Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) medical office closed on Monday, Nov. 13, and reopened in the new space on Thursday, Nov. 16. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

PAT Procedural Services remained open, but officially moved to the new space on Wednesday, Nov. 15.

Employee Health, which services our FMC staff and providers, closed Thursday, Nov. 16 and reopened in the new space on Friday, Nov. 17. The office will still be available for emergent situations on Thursday, Nov. 16
