The Indiana Art Association is offering an “Exploring Italic Script Calligraphy” class with instructor Cindi Kordell on Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Artists Hand Gallery.

Kordell will delve into variations of the Italic hand with emphasis on exploring ways to add personal style to lettering. She will demonstrate strokes of italic variation, talk about design/layout and provide exemplars of options to make letters “come alive.”
