LA CROSSE (WKBT) — A new mental health facility is coming to downtown La Crosse thanks to a local grant. 

Tellurian Behavioral Health received a $50,000 grant from La Crosse Community Foundation to make space for an eight-bed facility for adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
