Google presents a new section of the Ukraine is Here project on Google Arts & Culture and invites you to explore a unique collection that reveals the richness of Ukrainian culture, art, and history to the world. This is stated in the company’s blog.
They explained that for the first time, all of this has been collected on one platform, providing free access to the treasures of Ukrainian museums for users around the world. The online format of the project allows you to explore and see what would take days or even weeks in real life in a short time.
“Ukraine is Here on Google Arts & Culture is a long-term initiative to digitize and share Ukraine’s vibrant cultural history, which has expanded significantly since it was first introduced two years ago,” Google said in a blog post.
What’s new in the Ukraine is Here project:
- over 1000 new images,
- more than 90 new stories,
- more than 250 3D models of museum artifacts and monuments,
- 360⁰ video with a theatrical performance,
- 3 new virtual galleries,
- 5 new Ukrainian partners joined the project.
