“I’ve been working with BPerfect for years — I’ve always LOVED my glam and their products”
Magazine+ caught up with Erin, who is now McGregor Kavanagh, after marrying Terry, the love of her life, surrounded by her family and friends in Cashel Palace. She explained how getting married has always been so important to her.
“It exceeded every dream I imagined. To us, getting married means completing our family, the final link in our unbreakable chain,” she said. “It’s the realisation of a lifelong dream, where the thoughts of being a husband and wife fill us with pride and gratitude.
“This, to us, represents the ultimate commitment, a promise to love and support each other through every moment life brings our way and combining our beautiful family who make us proud every day to one solid unit.”
Erin and Terry share two children, Taylor (24) and Harry (7), their pride and joy. Taylor looks so much like her mam and loves all things glamour. When her kids are mentioned, Erin lights up and shares how “it was so important to us to celebrate with our beautiful children Taylor and Harry.

“Taylor is a great support to me and our family. She has been a constant support in our lives. And to watch her walk down the aisle was a very special moment. This reflects a full circle moment for me as a young mother.
“Also wanting Harry to be a part of our day was so important. Our son Harry is a child with special needs, and we wanted to do everything in our power to try and make the day as comfortable as possible for Harry to be a part of. We are totally aware and had made peace with the fact that that might not happen.”
The bride wore an ornate gown by designer to the stars, Zuhair Murad. For Erin, she knew it was meant to be and was love at first sight.
“I loved the blend of materials and exquisite embellishments felt like the perfect combination. The beaded lace silhouette made me feel like a princess. The exquisite neckline and the organza over skirt on my wedding dress was the perfect combination of a fitted yet full fairy tale feel,” she gushed.
Erin has amassed more than 228,000 followers on Instagram alone and has not only created her own brand, Imperfection by Erin, but also uses her platforms to talk openly about her everyday life and the highs, lows and daily challenges.

The loving mam has built a loyal following who support her for her positivity and she has also created a multifaceted career and business, teaming up with various brands.
The collaboration that launched this week with BPerfect is undoubtedly a dream come true for influencer Erin.
“I’ve been working with BPerfect for years — I’ve always LOVED my glam and their products. Brendan asked me if I wanted to create my very own bridal collection for my big day at the start of last year and for me it was a perfect fit.
“Being able to create products for me and my bridesmaids to wear on my wedding day was a dream come true and I’m absolutely delighted with them.
“We’ve worked so hard over the last year to get them absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.”

I asked Erin if it was a daunting or overwhelming process, but she insisted she loved the challenge and “absolutely loved working on the entire process from start to finish.
She added: “I worked closely with the product development team to chose all of my shades, packaging, names, everything! I loved having such creative control and really getting to put my stamp on the products to make them mine.
“Receiving all of the samples and tweaking them was so much fun. A lot of work goes into creating a collection and I loved every minute of it; it’s been so rewarding to see it all come to life and finally hit the shelves!”
Erin grew up loving makeup and beauty, and so has her daughter Taylor, who modelled in the campaign alongside her glam mam. Erin says she has reached a stage where she borrows makeup and trades tips with Taylor and they love dolling each other up.
Erin shares that her own mam was “so glamorous growing up and still is, so I think my love for it comes from her. My mam goes nowhere without her lipstick and it’s all I remember growing up — my aunties and her friends applying their lippie on a night out.”

Speaking of lippy, Erin loves her collection but the one product she now can’t live without is her new lip oil with BPerfect: “I love how they come in the perfect combos and complement each other so well. I’ve already had so many compliments on them from people who’ve got their hands on them early! The lip oils in particular are just perfection — the formula is incredible. I don’t leave the house without mine!”
