Nick Jonas could be the next performer to be hit by something thrown from the audience, but he tells them in advance.
Nick, who is 30 years old, asked fans not to throw things onstage in a video that was taken at a Jonas Brothers show in Sacramento, California, on Monday and shared on social media by a concertgoer.
In the TikTok video, you can see Jonas dancing to their song Rollercoaster while what look like rings are thrown at him on stage. Jonas tries to grab a few of them before laughing, shaking his head, and telling the crowd to “stop” before continuing to play the song.
Throwing things at artists and onstage has become a dangerous trend. A lot of famous people have talked about how fans throw things at them when they act in the summer. While traveling Europe, both Bebe Rexha and Harry Styles have been hurt by things. In New York City, a fan hurt Bebe Rexha very badly when he threw a cell phone in her face. He was arrested and sent to jail.
The Jonas Brothers started their World Tour in August at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx neighborhood of New York City.
The Jonas Brothers’ most recent tour features songs from their most recent record, The record, which came out in May, as well as songs from earlier hits like 2019’s Happiness Begins and 2008’s A Little Bit Longer.
“It’s our most ambitious show we’ve ever put on, in the sense that building out five albums in one night was a challenge that I don’t think we fully understood after we’d already put it on sale,” Nick told People magazine before the tour.
