In a very cool addition to Tennis Channel’s coverage of this week’s ATP Finals, 2022 Wimbledon finalist and former world No. 13 Nick Kyrgios will be joining the commentary team from Wednesday through Sunday as the tour’s elite battle it out for year-end glory.
And given his resume against the players he’ll be watching, he’s going to be a very insightful addition to the commentary team: Kyrgios has a 16-8 combined head-to-head record against the current ATP Top 8, with winning individual head-to-head records against five of the six he’s played.

His 2-1 record against 24-time Grand Slam champion Djokovic started with back-to-back hard-court wins in 2017, in the quarterfinals of Acapulco, 7-6 (9), 7-5, and in the fourth round of Indian Wells, 6-4, 7-6 (3). Djokovic won their most recent meeting in the Wimbledon final last year, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 (3).
