Nigel Farage has been accused of being “anti-immigrant” by fellow I’m a Celebrity contestant Nella Rose.
The former Ukip leader, 59, was cornered by the YouTuber on Wednesday’s episode of the hit ITV reality show.
The social media influencer accused Mr Farage of wanting people like her “gone” from the UK, saying “apparently you’re anti-immigrants”, which she explained she had read about on the internet.
As the contestants stood in the bath area of the camp in the Australian jungle, Ms Rose asked: “Why don’t black people like you?”
Mr Farage said: “You’d be amazed, they do,” to which she replied: “So everyone hates you for no reason?”
The GB News presenter said: “You can disagree with somebody, but to chuck around accusations the way they’ve been chucked around is grossly unfair.
“Anti-immigrant, right? No, no, all I’ve said is we cannot go on with the numbers coming to Britain that are coming.”

Ms Rose explained that she had pressed the former politician about the “problem” of immigration because she is “one of those numbers”, in a nod to her birth in Belgium to Congolese parents, before arriving in the UK in 2009.
Mr Farage said that the number of people coming into the country was affecting people’s ability to secure GP appointments.
She told him: “I’m stopping you getting a GP appointment? You’re not getting an appointment because the NHS is lacking funding.
“I bet you anything if every single immigrant or from immigrant descent was to leave the UK, all your doctors gone, most of your doctors are Asian right? Most of your nurses are African women, right?
“You want us gone, that’s all I understood.”
The GB news presenter said that she was not listening to him, before he added: “We can agree to disagree.”
The pair took part in their debut I’m a Celeb challenge together over the weekend, alongside This Morning presenter Josie Gibson.
During the gruesome task, the trio were faced with “searching through gallons of sticky gunk and scary hell holes in a bid to score tokens for time”.

The latest spat follows a previous criticism by fellow jungle campmate Fred Sirieix about a poster, used by Mr Farage when he was campaigning for the UK to leave the European Union during the 2016 Brexit referendum, as “shameful”.
On Monday’s episode, First Dates star Mr Sirieix added that he felt it was about “demonising migrants”, to which Mr Farage replied: “In your view it was, but it wasn’t.”
During the latest episode, jockey Frankie Dettori and retired professional boxer Tony Bellew were also announced as late arrivals on the show.
They will join their fellow 10 celebrities as camp coaches as two teams battle it out on the programme in the “Scarena”.
