MADISON, Wis. — Nobody was injured after a crash on Madison’s near east side Sunday night caused a car to catch on fire. One man was later arrested.

Officers were called to the 1900 block of Winnebago Street just before 11:20 p.m. on Sunday for a report of a crash. A driver said he was driving down Winnebago Street when he saw a black SUV stopped in the road.
