November 21, 2023 – Greenberg Gibbons has announced that a 29,530-square-foot HomeSense will join the Sea Turtle Marketplace located in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The home furnishing and décor retailer will be located next to West Marine and is anticipated to open in the spring of 2024. ­­­­­This is HomeSense’s first South Carolina location.
