The Numerica Performing Arts Center hosts the 2021 Washington State Apple Blossom Festival Royalty Selection Pageant before an audience of people and cardboard cutouts. Brooke Perez (pictured on the screen) was chosen as queen.
After two years in the position, including efforts to reopen Numerica PAC in fall 2021 after the pandemic, J. Woody Lotts resigned and will relocate out of state.
