SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – Hundreds gathered for an enchanting holiday experience at Southold Dance Theater’s annual Nutcracker Tea.
This yearly event serves as a prelude to Southold’s upcoming Nutcracker Ballet performances at the Morris Performing Arts Center.
The unique and interactive experience included opportunities for guests to win prizes, and some of which were box seat tickets to the upcoming performances.
“Sometimes it feels pretty taxing, but it is all worth it in the end to see the smile on their faces and know they’re just going to cherish these memories and a lot of them return,” said Southold Dance Executive Director Sarah Taylor.
The Nutcracker is set to premiere at the Morris Performing Arts Center next month, on Dec. 7, and run through Dec. 8.
It will feature music by the South Bend Symphony Orchestra.
