Rolla Nutrition Site opened for service at the new Phelps Connections for Seniors site at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15.

It was an exciting time, and The Insider was there to snap a few photos of the first few meals officially served in the dining room at 12200 Dillon Outer Road.
