
Very Berry Greek Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup, Greek Unsweetened Non-fat or 1% yogurt
- 1/4 cup, skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup, mixed blueberries & blackberries
- 1.5 Tbsp. almond butter
Instructions:
*Combine yogurt, berries, chia and milk into a bowl and stir
*Drizzle almond or peanut butter on top
Blueberry Blast Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup cow’s milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- Ice (optional)
