The first round of retailers has been announced for the Oakridge redevelopment — and it’s pretty much a who’s-who of luxury brands.
Oakridge Park, the rebranded name for the expanded development that replaces the original Oakridge Centre at West 41st and Cambie Street in South Vancouver, will be home to an impressive roster of international luxury brands when it opens in spring 2025.

Louis Vuitton, Prada, Brunello Cucinelli, Moncler, Versace and Max Mara are all confirmed to have stores at the new shopping complex. Oakridge Park will also be home to the first stand-alone brand boutiques in Vancouver for Maison Margiela, Miu Miu, Christian Louboutin and Alexander Wang.
The luxury lineup speaks to the performance of the previous shopping centre, according to Chrystal Burns, executive vice-president of Canadian retail at QuadReal Property Group.
“Prior to redevelopment, Oakridge was consistently the top performing shopping centre in North America, so there is plenty of appetite for more luxury retail in Vancouver,” Burns explains.
With the promise of a mix of fashion, beauty, home decor, wellness and more within the 650,000 square feet of designated retail space — “We’re confident that there will be something for everyone,” Burns says — there are sure to be a few other boldface brands to be added to the shopping centre list. Additional retail announcements are expected to continue throughout the year and into 2025.
In addition to shopping, Oakridge Park will offer restaurants, Canada’s second Time Out Market — and the country’s largest at 51,000 square feet — residential towers, and a “nature park” as its centrepiece.

“Oakridge Park has been designed to really redefine and revolutionize Vancouver’s shopping experience,” Burns says.
The ambition of the mixed-use development is to create a new hub in the city, according to Ian Gillespie, founder and CEO of Westbank, a developer on the project in partnership with QuadReal Property Group.
“We hope the new Oakridge Park will serve as a cultural hub for Vancouver that the world will look to for inspiration,” Gillespie says.
