Each year, supporters of Harding Academy and lovers of visual arts gather together for the annual Harding Art Show. This year, the venerable event will celebrate its golden anniversary. For 50 years, organizers have celebrated art while helping raise crucial funds to support Harding Academy and arts education.
Guests arrived at the beautiful Belle Meade home of Sloan and Jim Thomas. The setting was perfect for the gettogether as guests could flow through the home with ease — visiting with co-chairs Mimi Beaver & Carey McDonald or getting to know Laura McCarty, the 2025 featured artist whose effervescent art was displayed throughout the home.
The Harding Art Show is Harding Academy’s largest fundraiser and will take place May 1-3. The event will showcase over 75 artists from around the country.
