Keller Williams Realty Greater Rochester is listing the property at 986 Caroline Road in Waterloo for $350,000, according to the real estate listing.

Location

The 1,760-square-foot home sits on a five-acre lot on Caroline Road in the Town of Waterloo, about a mile north of the New York state Thruway. It is within the Waterloo Central School District.

About the property

Built in 2020, this one-of a kind house made of shipping containers has a two-story atrium in the middle of the home, a floating staircase and a second-floor bridge. The bright blue house has floor to ceiling windows on two sides allowing for natural light.
