‘One Piece’ Stays at the Top of Netflix’s List for Another Week

The One Piece TV show, which is a live-action version of Eiichiro Oda’s book series, has been Netflix’s most popular show for a second week.

One Piece’s popularity exploded in its first full week on Netflix. From September 4 to September 10, 19.3 million people watched it, making it the most-watched English-language TV show of the week by a long shot.

Since last week, about a million more people have watched. In its first weekend, the manga adaptation of Eiichiro Oda brought in 18.5 million watchers.

Even though the eight-episode series has a long way to go, 37.8 million views in less than two weeks is still a big deal.

There is still a lot of time left in the 91-day start window to make it happen.

There was a lot riding on One Piece because it was the streamer’s second chance to make up for his failed attempt to adapt the famous anime Cowboy Bebop.

The show was canceled after one season because both fans and Watanabe didn’t like it. Watanabe said he couldn’t watch it for more than a few minutes.
