WATERTOWN — With perhaps tens of thousands of people attending solar eclipse events next month, organizers of the city’s event in Thompson Park have been able to entice just a single food vendor.

Jordan Northrop, who works for the parks department as the Thompson Park Golf Course’s general manager, said he’s having difficulty finding other food vendors for the eclipse event on April 8.
