Ozzy Osbourne, Fresh from Spinal Surgery, Has Hinted at a Tour and New Record

Lord of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne won’t let a little surgery on his back stop him from making songs.

The lead singer of Black Sabbath, who is 74 years old, gave an update on his health after having surgery for a spinal injury he got from a fall in 2019. This injury caused him to say that he will no longer tour at all.

“I’ve had all the surgery now, thank God,” the singer for Iron Man told Metal Hammer on Tuesday, adding that he is “feeling okay” after the successful operation.

After his spinal injury caused him to cancel his No More Tours 2 tour, the famous artist was also hopeful about getting back into the swing of things with his music.

The famous artist also said that he is healthy enough to get back into the swing of things.

“I’m getting myself fit. I’ve done two albums fairly recently [2020’s Ordinary Man and 2022’s Patient Number 9, both produced by Andrew Watt], but I want to do one more album and then go back to the road,” Osbourne said with confidence.

The father of six also said that he and his wife, Sharon Osbourne, were planning to move back to England. He said that he had a studio set up in his home in the U.K. so that he could work with his longtime friend and producer Watt.

Osbourne has had a rough couple of years because his health has been getting worse. In 2019, he was identified with Parkinson’s, and then he fell and hurt himself a lot.
