Paintings that capture still moments of natural beauty coming to LCCC

CHEYENNE – Capturing the quiet beauty of natural landscapes and intimate moments, an upcoming art exhibition at Laramie County Community College will immerse viewers in the soulful reflections of artist Conner Choi’s paintings.

“Still Moments,” an exhibition featuring Choi’s contemplative and earnest paintings, predominantly in oil and gouache, will be on display from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through Dec. 13 in the Esther and John Clay Fine Arts Gallery on LCCC’s Cheyenne campus. A reception with the artist is set from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 15 in the gallery and adjoining lobby, with an artist talk to follow from 2-3 p.m. Nov. 18 in the Surbrugg/Prentice Auditorium. The programming is free and open to the public.
