On ITV’s Lorraine, Paris Hilton recently talked about being diagnosed with ADHD and praised Britney Spears, who has been her friend for a long time.

Paris was on the show on Tuesday to talk about her new 336-page book, Paris: The Memoir.

During the interview, she also talked a lot about her close friend Britney.

“I’m so happy for her, and she deserves all the happiness in the world,” the reality star said.

“She’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever known,” Paris said.

Paris also talked about her ADHD diagnosis, which she wrote about in her new book, in another part of the interview.

“Now that I know everything I do about ADHD and have studied it for so long, I can see why I was the way I was,” said the actress.

In her memoir, Paris talked about many things about her life, like how she was abused as a child, how she had an abortion in her 20s, how she was raped when she was 15, and how the sex tape scandal hurt her career and family.
