Phoenix police say a confession from a man helped their case against him and his brother in the murder of a man whose body was found in a burning car in a canal last month. During a police interview, investigators said Jose Lomeli cracked and admitted to killing the victim. Police said his brother, Roberto Lomeli, helped cover up the murder.
