Classic car fans can expect to find about a thousand or more classic cars at the Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds this weekend.

The 44th annual National Street Rod Association Street Rod Nationals North, has made its way to Kalamazoo.

Car enthusiasts are set to bring their classic cars from all over the country to show them off.

This includes cars from as early as 1900 and as late as 1994 all throughout the fairgrounds.

Joseph Daly brought his 1936 Auburn all the way from Wisconsin.

He told News Channel 3 only 80 cars were ever made.

“We brought it over yesterday on the ferry,” Daly said. “We even delayed the ferry, there were so many people looking at the car. So, it’s kind of always an exciting thing to be able to show it off. I just love it.”

In addition to cars, there will be prizes on hand for participants, including an air conditioning unit, and gift cards from O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.

The Street Rod Show runs through Sunday at 1 p.m.
