ENFIELD, CT (WFSB) – Enfield police are launching an investigation after a car vs. pole accident.

According to Police Chief Alaric Fox, the accident happened on Bacon Road at Shaker Road.

The road is closed and is expected to stay closed for some time.

Eversource was called to assist on scene.

This is currently an active investigation.
