Polk State College’s 60th birthday party continued Tuesday, Jan. 21 with the ribbon cutting of the freshly remodeled Fine Arts building on the Winter Haven campus as well as the second celebration of the college’s 60-year anniversary.
The two-year renovation features modernized enhancements for students of music, theatre and visual arts programs.
