Two local arts organizations will receive a combined $260,000 in national funding thanks to a national grant program.

Portland’s Native Arts and Cultures Foundation and Prismid Sanctuary are part of 112 groups across the country chosen as grant recipients through ArtsHERE, a $12 million pilot program. Both will collect $130,000, the maximum amount offered by ArtsHERE, to fund projects geared toward boosting community engagement with the arts.
