LEWISBURG — Selinda Kennedy has had clay on her hands since 1986. Over the years, she transformed her passion for pottery and history into an artistry that captures traditional folk art and the slab technique.

In April, her work will be featured in a monthlong exhibit at The Gallery, located at 15 N. Water St. in Lewisburg, in conjunction with the Lewisburg Arts Festival. Kennedy has been selected to be this year’s featured artist for the festival.
