Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan of Sussex Complete a Top-Secret Mission in Portugal

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have taken a secret trip to Portugal between their trip to Germany for the Invictus Games 2023 and their trip back to the U.S. to see their kids earlier this month.

According to the Portuguese magazine Nova Gente, Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie asked the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to spend a short time in the village of Melides.

The magazine said that Eugenie had been spending most of her time in the village since last year, mostly because of the work schedule of her husband, Jack Brooksbank.

The newspaper said, “After the Invictus Games finished, on Saturday September 16, the couple headed to our country for a lightning trip.”

They said that the trip was a “mega-secret operation,” and that the former royals “preferred not to publicize” it in the press or on social media.

“They arrived in Portugal without their children and as soon as they landed, they headed to Alentejo and more precisely to Melides.”

Harry and Meghan are thought to have stayed in Portugal for four days before flying to the United States on Friday, September 22 to attend a charity event held by Kevin Costner with a lot of famous people.

The couple’s most recent trip made people think that they might be planning to sell their home in Montecito and buy a home at CostaTerra.
