CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Joshua Weissman, a professional chef and popular YouTuber, recently released a video where he tries an iconic food from each state.

For Ohio, he chose Skyline, or as he called it “Cincinnati-style chili.”

In the video, he is joined by two friends, who along with him, eat and review each state’s dish.

From the moment he looked at the dish, he wasn’t a fan, which should come as no surprise to Cincinnatians who frequently hear how bad Cincinnati-style chili is from people not from Cincinnati.

After all three of the reviewers tried the food, the results weren’t good. Two of the three rated it an F, and the remaining reviewer gave it a D.

In the end, Weissman was left with one question, “Out of the hundreds of thousands of sauces that can go on pasta, why this?”

This goes to show that for someone to truly appreciate Skyline, they might just need to be from Cincinnati.
