Award-winning local artist Jude Tolar, a Stillwater Art Guild board member, shares information about how the Stillwater Art Guild is resuming its meetings after a four-year hiatus. Tolar has been a member of the guild since 2007. She is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and a master pastelist with the International Association of Pastel Societies.
