Rachel Leviss Makes Legal Action Against Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval in Relation to the Consequences of ‘Scandoval’

Rachel ‘Raquel’ Leviss is dragging former couple Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix to court for ongoing psychological warfare.

The 29-year-old reality actress sued her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars for claims of revenge pornography, eavesdropping, breach of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

She had a six-month affair with Sandoval, 41, while he was still in a relationship with her best friend, Madix.

Rachel was exposed to severe harassment from internet trolls following the discovery of the affair, causing her to seek treatment in a mental health facility in the summer 2023.

In the docs, the television personality accused Sandoval and Madix of throwing her under the bus following the scandal “to leverage these salacious threads into the storyline ‘Vanderpump Rules’ so desperately needed.”

Ariana first discovered the affair when she saw an explicit video of Rachel taken during a FaceTime conversation on Tom’s phone.

The lawsuit accused the TomTom owner of possessing “additional illicit videos and/or photographs of her that she has not seen,” citing his habit of secretly recording their video talks.

She went on to say that Madix got and distributed Leviss tapes to other cast members of the reality show without her knowledge or permission.

Rachel also slammed Bravo and production company Evolution, stating they purposefully distorted her public image by not allowing her to clear the air with the audience.

“Bravo and Evolution had apparently decided that Leviss would be their sacrificial lamb,” according to the lawsuit. “Throughout the ordeal, they have sanitized the story to ensure Leviss would be seen as the arch-villain.”

Leviss is seeking specific damages in the lawsuit.
