EAST MAHONING TOWNSHIP — After adding a concert hall and outdoor stage, the Rayne Drop Inn II positions itself as Indiana County’s newest entertainment venue, along with the addition of its newest general manager.

Drew Zimmerman, 31, was hired by the bar and restaurant near Marion Center, more colloquially named “The Rayne Drop,” to transform it into a staple concert venue to put on both local and big-name acts.
