Visual artists may apply online to participate in the 17th annual Western Loudoun Art and Studio Tour to be held June 7-9.
It is a juried event. Those selected will open their studios to the public for two or three days, presenting their work to visitors from the metropolitan region. Last year’s tour brought more than 1,000 visitors into more than 30 studios and arts centers.
Visual artists who live and produce their artwork in Loudoun County but do not have a western Loudoun studio suitable for visitors may apply as guest artists. Two- and three-dimensional work will be considered, including but not limited to painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, fiber art, wood, ceramics, glass, metalwork, sculpture, and jewelry.
The deadline for submission is noon Jan. 31.
