After more than a year-long process, officials have revealed their vision for the former Jeffboat property in Southern Indiana, according to Louisville Business First.The 80-plus-acre site along the Ohio River will be transformed into a mixed-use development, American Commercial Barge Line officials said at a public hearing Thursday.It will feature a marina, restaurant and retail space, residential units, an amphitheater, offices, green space and a hotel.“This project is going to be unbelievable. … It’s going to change our city and it’s going to change it for the better,” Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore said at the meeting.
