Sources close to the situation have said that Meghan Markle is not in talks with Dior to sign a deal worth a lot of money.

As rumors grew that the Duchess of Sussex might be signing a huge deal with a French fashion company, Victoria Ward, a royal reporter for The Daily Telegraph, said that none of the rumors were true.

Ward said on Twitter, “The Duchess of Sussex is not in talks to sign a deal with Dior, sources insist. They say there is no truth to the claims that she will partner with the French fashion house.”

Ward also said, “They previously denied that a deal between Prince Harry and Dior was in the offing after he wore the label.”

This comes after rumors about Meghan joining Dior reached a fever pitch. There were rumors that Meghan’s husband, Prince Harry, could join, since he’s been seen wearing the brand at big events, like King Charles’ historic coronation.

The gossip mill went into action when a “Beverly Hills socialite” told Mail Online that there had been “rumors for weeks that the Duchess was going to sign a deal with Dior.”

The Mail Online story came right after Spotify ended its multimillion-dollar deal with Meghan, which meant that no more seasons of her Archetypes show would be made.
