It’s a bit depressing to think that Belfast only really gets going from Thursday evening onwards. We know the impact the pandemic has had on the hospitality sector, and how a new way of working continues to mess with the ebbs and flows of footfall and human presence on our high streets.

But there are businesses that are making it work and also ensuring those who do make it out for a lunch on a damp Wednesday afternoon have both stomachs and palates truly satisfied.
