Earlier this year chain retailer Meijer kicked off the New Year with a focus on wellness by launching a virtual personalized nutrition coaching service, available to Michigan residents. This offering, led by Meijer’s registered dietitians, aims to help customers achieve health goals through customized nutritional guidance. The program starts with a free 15-minute introductory session, allowing customers to explore their options before scheduling a full 45-minute coaching session for $89. Follow-up sessions are available at $49 each, and can be booked through the Meijer website.
The service covers everything from meal planning and weight management to specialized coaching for dietary concerns like diabetes, food allergies, and heart health. Through personalized assessments and meal planning, Meijer’s registered dietitians guide individuals in making sustainable dietary changes, promoting healthier lifestyles for a range of needs.
This FSA and HSA-eligible service marks Meijer’s latest initiative to support customers in their wellness journeys, with expansion plans across the Midwest in the future.
